NADIA JANE PERFORMING ARTS
BDO World Champions
In 2020, NJPA competed at the BDO World Championships. The dance school entered with 4 crews and each crew placed in each category. Many of the dancers also placed within their solo and duo category. From then on NJPA entered many regional events and placed in top 3 each time.
BBC 1 - WE ARE ENGLAND
Nadia Jane Performing Arts have recently featured on BBC 1.
When she was three years old, Nadia Jane was enrolled at a performing arts school. It helped her build confidence, kept her out of trouble and shaped who she is today. When she was 19, she started up her own dance school in a church hall in Derby, hoping people would turn up. 20 years later, Nadia has her own studio, a hundred students and five teachers, including her brother and mother.
Over the years the school has evolved into a refuge and safe haven for many students, who refer to it as their 'dance family', and Nadia their 'dance mum'. Without the school, numerous children wouldn’t have had an outlet to express their feelings, or have someone to talk about their day-to-day problems.

Derby Youth Awards
Nadia Jane Performing Arts is the home of many extraordinary dancers. This year NJPA attented the Derby Youth Awards, where Evalynn and Joshua were recognised for their commitment to dance. The dance school as a whole also received an award for their passion and dedication towards dance.
Broadway - New York
Nadia Jane Performing Arts are currently working towards their trip to New York. In July 2023, the dancers will be performing on Times Square and Broadway. Dancers will be able to showcase their routines on a world-wide known stage. More information will be coming out shortly.
